This is one of the last US-built Salsa Ala Cartes from before QBP sold the Petaluma facility to Soulcraft and moved production overseas. It took quite a while to finally get my hands on one in the right size/year/condition/priced frame, but here it finally is. :D

That's one nice looking bike, great colour and parts look right

Very light as well, how much does the frame weigh?

I don't recall the frame weight exactly, but I believe it is ~4.1lbs. Not necessarily the lightest, but Salsas never were.
 
Really really like that , fantastic job :)

On a picky note :) ;) ..The only thing I would change would be the grips and the colour of the forks , Think black forks would work better:) IMO.. :) :)

The frame color, as brilliant as it is, is really a tough one to tack down a complimentary fork for. Black is an obviously solution, but really tones down the whole Salsa vibe. There is a possibility it will end up with a black SID, but I've got a few more builds to grind through before I make that determination.
