ID Help needed - Carbon Mongoose

Well, I have to admit that these close ups do tend to show a carbon frame. The first picture with the chip seems to clearly show the crossed fibre pattern. And now I see the mostly lugged parts, including the rear dropouts. Really nice lugs, by the way, as they seem to have an inner metal part that holds the tube, in comparison with eg Alan that uses lugs that go around the tube, causing a pretty big lump of metal and no smooth transitions. The front headset lug is certainly a nice piece of work!
All the above mentioned craftmanship makes it even more strange that they used rivets in the rear brake bridge. I am sorry if I caused all this fuss and not even been able to answer your original question!

Just got this reply from the man himself which is self explanitory

Hello,

from the pictures you sent, I confirm that frame is not an Alan frame.

Best regards

Sorry to hijack your thread longbeech, but are Alan still going? Any chance of PMing me some contact details? I need to talk to a man about some glue! Pritskick doeen't work!
