just an update - xtr rear hub M950 iirc on mavic 517, Xt front hub (2009) on Mavic 717.
Tyres are Conti speedking semisonics 2.3, but the rear doesnt fit so will be swapped for a 2.1 when i getsome more cash. rear brake is an old v i had but is being changed for an XTR ASAP, it has a goodridge carbon cable. Front is an XT lever, goodridge carbon hose, XTR caliper.
Seat post is a Titec X-wing bargain from CRC, and the addle is a Gobi wing flex.
Cranks will be Middleburn RS7's which i got for £10, but have been plastic coated so they are currently being bead blasted (sandblasting and glass blasting didnt work). http://www.pinkbike.com/photo/3236637/
BB is just a UN52 i had. Its going to be a 32 / 17 singlespeed (magic gear so no tensioner), chain ring is a middle burn as well.
I wanted a sub £500, sub 20lbs single speed and the total cost of the build is about £480, she weighs under 17lbs in the pic - so should easily be sub 20lbs - spot on target.
BB is a little high at 13.5" (which was my main worry) as the forks have an axcel to crown of 44.5cm, so these may get swaped for the 40.5cm version, which is a 'dirt jump' fork, but is still sub 900g so it'll add .5lb or so - i'll see how she rides first. I'll also swap out the un52bb for a lighter one when i can.
