Got a pair of these off ebay last week for the Zaskar.

The criteria being they need to be light and cheap. Not two things that usually go together.

When I picked up the parcel, I thought it was empty, these forks are light.

But, are they any good. They are now on the frame, but as yet ,I have no wheels on the bike, so no way of yet testing

I need to check the air in the air spring ( must get a pump). There is oil in the right hand fork. On paper they look good, air sprung with oil adjustable damping on compression and rebound and 80mm of travel

Opinions please. I woun't be offended ;)

.

Not sure about your Mars 1's but I have Mars Elite's and they are one of the lightest 100mm travel forks available. Plush travel and feather weight what more could you ask for :D

Thanks for that. Can't find where the "1" fits into the Mars range. Even the service guide I have is unclear.
However, sounds like they could be a decent fork.
