you are looking for even older bits which makes it that much harder.Carry on looking for what you want, it will turn up and enjoy the hunt
Sort of miss the search to be honest, so make the most of it, will be keeping my eyes open now for a 1" Quill Stem

There's another thing I remember made me decide first for silver rim, hubs and silver crankset: the 91 marin catalogue where you can see nearly the same team issue frame than mine (the same colors) and I remember to have thought it looked really retro...But I suppose what you say is true, so historically I was wrong...
But i don't know if I've changed my mind...Black rims with silver hubs?
