One remark on the sideline: John/Retrobike gets money if someone buys through an outing overhere. It helps paying for the site.

how does that work then - if we follow an ebay link somebody's posted then he gets a small contribution incl. the auction watch? If so I'll perhaps post up more in the Ebay section (only if of interest of course!) if it'll help...
 
yes it does help the site if you bid through the site .

I tend not to remember though :oops:

cool, didnt know that. does that work through all links posted or just the watch list?
 
As Chris and Melvin mention the ebay affiliate scheme pays for the hosting for retrobike.

Following any ebay link (and bidding) either through auction watch or the forum helps support retrobike :D
