what bottom bracket shell size is it ? looks to be pre APS mounts so its before about 2001

Sherrif - yep, riverside. Part of yesterdays 15 mile ride (fun on an SS!).

Perry - 68mm BB, mtb size, not bmx. Think I bought it in '98, from a shop in Leamington. Either '98 or '99 anyway.

That's about as off-road as I usually get! Went out on Saturday though and got absolutely soaked, riding along some pretty filthy bridleways and the like. I'd not ridden properly off road for about 10 years. I forgot how much fun it was!

Yeah lovin' the Kujo's. They got a bit clogged on Saturday though!

And the seatpost is definitely bent :( I think that's from too much extension and too many pies.
 
Get on the cheese and onion, they're vegetarian so are much better at preserving seatposts than meat and potato.
That's my logic anyway (*finishes off Monday's seafood pizza with a grunt*).
