Hi guys,

I was wondering if there are any Macintosh CAD users on the board who have a 3.5" floppy drive?

The thing is, when I did work for Zero Components in the early 90's, we designed a front disc hub. It was for my GCSE DT coursework final piece. Long story short, due to some sort of mix up, it never got made and I have the drawings on an old Apple 3.5" disc.

However, now, many years later I would like to make it, but I cannot read the disc.

Can anyone help?

Cheers

Ed

P.S. I don't even now what file format the drawing is in as I have never really used a Mac other than this one time...

Hi, just sent a pm re skewer. But i may be able to help with this. I have an I book and back in oxford have a USB floppy. I am also a CAD user so with any luck will be able to open/convert it.

What format did you save the the drawing in?

I have a MAC at work, and access to drawing software, let me know if i can help.
