Do you by any chance have some measurements on the Ti-stix hubs (virtual flange diameter to use fro spoke calculations)? I have tried to calculate some myself on my Ti-stix hub set. But if you were in the know that the factory had made this I would be more secure using that.

Let me know. Otherwise I will upload whatever result I come to here... Front and non-drive side rear is pretty straight forward but rear is difficult as the holes re drilled with some offset in the drive side.

I don't have the offset measurements to hand. Measuring a pair built up here I can let you know:
Rear on a CR17A, DS 260, NDS 240
Front, zero degree lite 247mm
You should be able to work from there!
