This is a couple of pictures from my days as a retro bike builder before it was fashionable, in the 80's I rode a Raleigh Burner and always wanted a haro or skyway but parents wouldn't pay out. So when I was 16 and BMX had gone out of fashion I found I could pick up old school bikes for next to nothing and I started restoring them, found some real gems and most of the bike shops had great NOS parts going cheap. I also had a ex pro racer living a couple of doors down who used to give me parts for nothing.
I ended up with about 6 bmx never really knew what I had just enjoyed building and riding them, sold most of them on to mates etc. But wished I had kept them all.
