Worked for 3 years in a mountainbike/roadrace special shop and non of the bikes ever were given by customers..

You are very lucky (when I think you all have them and they are not secondhand bikes in the shop now).
 
Total stab in the dark... is that The Bike Shop in Calgary? Just guessing from the window graphic and the posts outside...

I know Cyrus and Adrian. Good to see you out. Nice bikes!
