Raleigh 25" how old?

Heres a rare one, ive not seen a bike this size for a while,

Anyone know how old it would be?

judging by the groupset I would say 88-89, but of course that may not be original.

It's an 88 - I nearly bought that bike when it was new. not the exact one in the ad, but the same model, if you see what I mean.

It's got the really rare 531pro frame, that Reynolds introduced before 653 - depending on who you believe, it's the same as 653, or it's 531 with extra butting to make it lighter.

If you do go for it check carefully for internal corrosion, steel frames of this age can look great outside but have nothing left inside.
