Can anyone ID these for me?

Not sure on the model. The style doesn't seem to be on the catalogues I have seen so far.

Agree with last remark but brake levers look like record.

Victory/triomphe levers are with diffent logos.

Levers

The downtube levers are defo Victory. I remember saving up for a pair. Still got them loose in a tub somewhere.
