1993 US cinder cone project

Hi
I'm starting a new project. in December i came across a used up cinder cone after a post here I got to know it is a 1993 us version.
It was kind of rusted up so i didn't know if it was capable of being properly restored so i decided to strip it before sending it for a respray. Because o lack of time I only stripped it this week

Now you can see the rust more clearly
some rust inside the seat tube cause it had a seatpost jammed in that wasn't removed for several yaers

So what's the feedback do you think it respray material or i shouldn't bother?
i think after cleaning it it is pretty good, but i don't have that much experience with rust so I'm looking for you opinion.

course you should matey! i've not got much experience in the way of rust either (apart from having some on my lava dome!) keep it original colour too
