Everyone at work is looking at me, trying to work out why I'm crying and shaking uncontrollably.

You could have put it out for the recyclers as some sort of dirty protest.

dude ya burnt it....try using a lower temp convection oven......i had the steak and mushroom one last night and it was perfect....
