Road Bike

Putting the feelers out for a friend for this one....

After a roadbike for some one 5'8'' to 5'10''. Not masses of money to spend but would like to swing him round to retro rather than the modern stuff he would get for his budget - Approx £200.

Any thoughts, suggestions etc

Check you local bike recyclers - I got a 531 tubed claud butler for £15, will cost about 100 to finish it.

If your friend wants something a bit racier, I have recently acquired a lovely Peugeot. It's nice, although is running tubs, so that may be a bit of a learning curve for them.
