I'm having a mental block: Looking at cranks/pedals from the back i.e the allen key side, which pedal has opposite thread? Don't want to start trying to tighten my pedals up when I'm trying to undo them!

Basically if you stand behind the bike(between your legs) (ha) with wrenches facing up you want to turn them twords the back of the bike.

And the bottom bracket is the same but in reverse. both down.
