I am having a pair of wheels built with Hope Pro 3 Hubs laced to Mavic X517 Ceramic Rims.
I have cantilever brakes, what brake blocks should I be using? I currently have Koolstop Salmon pads, but these will probably not last 30 seconds on the new rims!
Any advice please?
