Just got lots of anodised goodies back today!!!

where did you have them done? I have some not so expensive bits that i'd like doing
 
do you have to be careful with the threads on cranks etc when anodising or are they ok :?:

Hi BKT. Yep, you have to be very careful when etching any parts before anodising. Any fine toleranced parts could be made worthless quite easily.

Even something chunky like a crank arm could dissolve to nothing if left in the tank for too long. Don't be put off by it though. How dodgy can it be when manufacturers such as Cooks and Kooka, etc, do it as standard?

Use a good firm that has insurance to cover your parts!
