Will soon be starting my rebuild, some of my components have started to arrive.
Think I'll be living in the Shed this weekend
I now have the potential to have 6 fully built GT bikes, think my mid-life crisis has started at the age of 37

96 vintage was probably a 70-73mm travel fork as OEM spec. I wouldn't put anything more than 80mm on it.
Bit of an update on the Zaskar (been busy on rebuilding my Pantera)
****WARNING***** Modern Content
So what did I decide to do.........well NOS nice and shiny parts are getting real hard to source and I really want this bike to look and ride like new. So I've committed what many on here would regard as a cardinal sin I've purchased new parts !!!
Don't know what it will ride like (might be a bitch!) but I am fitting a new hollowtech BB and crankset once the tools arrive.
