Hey fella :) love it , I did look at getting something like this myself one day , as my grandad used to have one , I use to borrow his, when I was a nipper to go to the shops and whizz about on :) it was a great bike, rode real nice, if you decide to sell give me a shout ;) :)

Good luck with the restore fella.. if you get really stuck for bits , I might be able to lay my hands on an item or two ;) :)

Take it easy, and remember to lather the chain in oil/grease/wd40/drippin and whatever else may be to hand ;) keep it real , keep it retro :)
 
Nice machine! New tyres, new tubes, and you'll have a nice, usable machine there.
Definitely pre-1953, but not sure about its age though. What's it's frame number? Should be at the top of the seat tube, or the hub might have a date stamp.
