Just about everyone who comes into my office asks why I've got a mountain bike on top of the cupboard. I try to explain what it is, how I always wanted one, etc but they just stare blankly.

I usually finish it of with "It's art" and they reply "If you say so"

Tell me I'm not crazy.

it is art, but it's art designed to be ridden - get it up and running with some mud on - THEN stick it on your cupboard (after cycling to work on it!)

Well you see that white hard hat hangin on the coat-stand next to the frame? You have to put that on whenever you wanna get owt from the store cupboard...!
