eBay is blocked at work so I can't comment on the actual details on there, but I can help on the frame number.

I've done a bit or research into the frame numbering and have found that the Ti Kona frames from around 97 onwards use the following system:

Letter descriptor for King Kahuna or Hei Hei, two digit frame size, three digit frame number.

For 97 the frame descritpor was "K" for the King Kahuna and "B" for the Hei Hei.

For 98 this changed to "KK" for the King Kahuna and KH for the Hei Hei (I assume the first K is for Kona and second leter is for either KingKahuna or HeiHei).

Thus KH19016 is a 98 Hei Hei size 19" and 16th 19" produced in the production run.
