Well, now the garage is warmer, I've finally got the Zaskar on the road.... 75% as I want it.

Frame from Kevin in the USA ( gm1230126)

Magura HS 33 hydraulic v brakes from taulpaul

Ritchey ProLite Bars from steve k

Titec seat post from steve k (I think?)

Bonty Saddle from Bristol Bike Jumble

Red Ritchey pedals from CTK

Red X-Lite skewers from oldschoolpete

Forks and cranks from Ebay - the cranks are Limited Edition RS 7s and will be replaced with RS2s soon.

Chain tensioner from ebay ;) (old campag saphire I think!)

The Hope stem will be replaced by something from the right vintage so longa s it's red and around 80/90 mm

Mid 90's onza bar ends already mine as were the tyres.

You should be able to tell the year from the frame number.

Definately not a 97 though with the guide on the seat tube for cantis.

Latest it should be is 96. Chris.

gear hanger has two bolts = early

one bolt = later
