1989/90 Yeti C-26 - 20th Anniversary Special

When you paid through the nose for those white porks I thought....???
Eh? What would a he be working on that would justify (I live in Durango and find unwanted bikes/parts everywhere) him spending the dosh on???

What a build...literally. Way to go Idaho.

Oh yea forgot to say, great color scheme...again.

C-46

Utter Retro-futuristic far-outness, and a nice landscape too.

Wonderful work.

Maybe the only way to get more hyper retro, would be to get some ex-Yeti team rider to take it for a spin :!: ;)

VERY NICE !

Mike I'd be wetting myself trying to keep that build quiet. I remember the MBA article and lusting after yet another piece of bike porn. I never realised the forks had the carbon tubes. Top stuff, it brings back so many memories.

Great story ... and wow it reallY was 20 YEARS AGO !

Didn't realise the forks were carbon either.

IIRC MBUK (Dave Hemming) tested Tomes one one in one issue....just the ultimate holy grail of retrobikes for me

A quite incredible build. (I think that it probably is BOTY but I will steer clear of hyperbole). ;)

Ameybrook you must be stoked. I am very pleased for you. :D
