So here is my Pace rc300, weight weenie styles but not dangerously so!

Frame: Pace RC300 16.5''
Bottom Bracket: Crank Brothers Cobalt ISIS
Brakes: Hope Mono Mini w/ ti bolts and braided cables
Cassette: Sram pg990
Chain: Sram pc991
Crankset: Middleburn RS7 170mm ISIS
Derailleur Rear: Shimano XTR M952
Fork: Pace RC31 C-Type
Grips: TiTec Pork Rinds
Handle Bar: Renthal RC30
Headset: Hope inc. Hope Head Doctor
Pedals: Crank Brothers Egg Beater 2Ti
Quick Releases: Aspire Velotech Ti bolt on skewers
Seat: Charge Spoon Ti
Seat post: Tune 'Starke Stuck'
Shifters: XTR M960 (right hand only)
Stem: Pace RC45
Tires: Maxxis Maxxlite
Wheel set (Front): Chris King hub on Mavic XC717

Weight comes in at 18.6 lbs.

All in all this rides really well and you can throw it around on single track but still holds good control.
I love riding this and will do until I break it ;)

Nice build, pleased weight came out similar to my Lightning, as there were a lot of doubters on here!
It's got V's still which are lighter than Discs, but RC36's which are a bit heavier than 31's, the frame will be a little lighter too.
XTR Cassettes are a fair bit lighter than Sram 990's btw. Whats the rear mech weigh? I'm running Dura ace triple which is 180g
 
You could save a couple of grams by using short valve innertubes! ;)

Adds voice to chorus of "geometry is shot".

Not liking front chainring idea either. If chain falls off under shifting - and it will - that's a very expensive piece of alloy to be gouging holes in.

Nice build on the whole though.
