It still depends on the wording of your contract. If it says you accrue holiday from April each year then yes, but if it says from Jan, then no.

april to april,ill just hold tight and see then,suppose if work picks back up again im still entitled to 7 days holiday up to april 09.(had 17 payed upto last week)
