New e stay has arrived,but what is it?

Need a bit of assistance identifying this,she's a heavy old girl, but I still like the look of her. So, e stay frame,25.6(ish)seatpost,1"threaded headset,straight bladed forks,distinctive rear brake cable hanger and frame number is 90073789. It's been sprayed blue. Looks like it was white or cream originally.Any ideas?

i just got rid of an identical one to that, had townsend cycles sticker on it.

Nooooo

Please god no!!!!I'd rather it was a muddy fox! Came with Shimano Exage 300 bits which i don't think you'd find on a Townsend.Any other ides?

def was identical, when i bought mine, i was after the bits, the actual link in the ebay section, everyone slated it, saying how crap it was, dugg out a photo

Plan A it is then. Strip paint, take gear cable guides off,paint white(at least it will look light)Single speed its sorry ass and ride it to the pub! 99p well spent.

sorry, got rid with frame, possibly about 25.6 so you seem quite correct, but dont quote me, its 1 1/8" headtube
