Cannock ride aftermath

Looks like you had a great day out.....jealous :(
Bit difficult for me to get to these events as I am without a car....how techniaclly difficult are the trails you ride on these events...when I do eventually make one, I don't want to be the one you wait for all the time   Carl

Do not fear Carl, these rides have something for everyone and are at least as much about socialising as the ride, and the rides on the meets I've been to have been excellent.

Plus I have yet to meet a more technical incompetent than me and am always happy to have company at the back (which is where the discerning rider places themselves anyhow).

wasn't gonna say it ;)

just glad I won the first RB unofficial Man v Bike :) tough though, you good runner!

Most of trails are pretty easy, there may be one or two bits you need to be careful on, but all rollable or walkable without worry if needed. Fear not. 10 foot high 4" skinnies are not name of the game!!

A good close contest although I reckon I'd have sneaked it if not handicapped by 1) pushing a bike and 2) Sidi cycling shoes! Rematch at HoNC?

Maybe pushing off you half way up wasn't really sporting too.

Not sure about racing at Honc, its hard enough anyhow!
But, sure will eat my words when red mist decends
