Cannock ride aftermath

That's Jez and me shredding some downhill

Cracking day out, couldn't have asked for better weather, bikes or people. 2 fewer punctures might have been nice though

Ed,

I'm so glad you talked me into going rigid it was ace and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

The ride of the rocky was awesome, I'd forgotten what rigid was like.

Also thanks for the baileys on route it warmed my cockels a treat ;)

Cheers Chris.

Fantastic day out today!

The weather really made it for me

Ok, it was cold, but at least it was sunny and dry. The first RB ride I have done and had a relatively clean bike at the end

Fantastic route planned by Gump with some wicked singletack; I'll definately be planning a trip back there soon to ride it again.

Ditto most of the comments above...
The post-ride munchies very much appreciated and the quality of route excellent. Aching like a fatherless child now though
Look forward to seeing you all again ;)

Top ride and good turnout - shame we had to wait until Dec for such a dry ride

Big thanks to andy for organising and for everyone for turning up :D

Some great pics already posted up :xmas-cool:

Gump managed to find a great route yesterday which took in some of the Chase's better trails and even found some cool new stuff :xmas-cool:

We held a mini awards ceremony post ride, results as follows

Best Bike

sinetti's Raleigh. honorable mentions to most of the other retro stuff there.

Best Kit

Mr Timmis for his Raleigh kit. Honorable mention ot Old Ned.

Best Spirit

missmyfat. Despite his crank falling off within 5 mins and his forks being so fecked the tyre was buzzing on the arch/brakes he was there 'til the bitter end. Nice one :xmas-cool:

Great to see such a big turnout of retro bikes too. Other than slinky and one or two others it was old school all the way. Nice one. Hope to see more of you at our next meet :D
