JeRkY Retrobike Rider Gold Trader Feedback View Dec 19, 2008 #14 Tolerance wise I'm going with a leisurely .5mm all round so shouldn't be too much of an issue. and the distance across the flats doesn't worry me too much, it doesn't vastly impact on my design, I just need a hole large enough to pass them through.
