What ever happened to John Stevenson?

When you see Tim...can you get down on your knees and worship him from me?? :D

If I get down on my knees he'll probably slap me<g> I've known Tim too long for that!
I wonder if he has anything retro left in his garage......? I shall interrogate him and report back. I know Tim has an admirable puncture repair kit collection....
 
Last time I spoke with John Stevenson he was indeed in Australia.

That looks like Tim Gould from the 1989-1990 season...loved those Bell helmets! Was it taken whilst he was racing in the States?

Actually, he looks remarkably similar now to when he was racing in '89/'90 (well spotted).....
The helmets have changed indeed (oh fond memories of the Bell V1 Pro!).

1989 World championships at Mammoth in California.
 
Darren Tapp - Well he still lives in Tiverton (Devon). He is still riding bikes but they now have 600cc engines! (ZX6R i think).

He sold all of his mtb stuff a few years ago, so someone out there has got that lovely 'Beenbag' sponsored Shock-a-Billy.
