C.R. Avery is more slam poetry than hip hop but his one man live beat boxing/harmonica playing/poetry recital gigs have to be experienced to be believed. The vids on youtube don't really do them justice.

Not me who calls it that guv'nor but the man himself and everyone else who is part of that particular scene....guess I should know better than try to be down wit da kidz. Although CR's no spring chicken himself.
