Love it, apart from the tyres.
I'd definitely keep the risers, I used to see Ti-bolts being raced DH by the rocky mountain guys - it was a hardcore ti bike and not just a flat back xc racer.

This is what I'd do:

white cables
red zmax
red Grafton cantis or m900 cantis
black syncros post
m900 levers and shifters
xtr running gear

Chainset and flite is spot on.

it's beautiful as it is.
there's a pair of fsx's with the same bridge on the 'bay at the minute actually.
