Was meant to be going on a night ride on Saturday but upon digging out my old 2 x 10W vistalites have discovered that the battery is goosed. I've had a dig through this http://www.retrobike.co.uk/forum/viewto ... c&start=15 but as the Tesco torches are now 12 quid each and I'd probably need two plus batteries then I was wondering if this http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Mode ... elID=13436 would work with my old lights.
Just found this as well http://www.maplin.co.uk/module.aspx?moduleno=19363 which would be even cheaper if it works as I could buy connectors whilst in Maplin and so use the leads from the old battery.
The lead acid rechargeable from the vistas says "6V-5.0Ah/7143W" but I'm clueless when it comes to electronicy stuff.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
