After his first run of bikes, Joe Breeze dropped the twin laterals. This is a bike he built in 1980, although the photo is recent, taken at the 30th Repack Anniversary.
From the condition of the rims (still blue) and the original Snake Belly tyres, it's apparent he only gets it out for ceremonial occasions.
