Re: other likes

Coffee.

Likes, as in "buy unroasted beans and roast them myself".

Likes as in my coffee gear has pride os place in it's own corner in the kitchen.

I seem to be stuck in the past too,I love the old stuff teh character the build, all of it, sure some of its tat but there's much more tat anonymous sh1te these days IMO.

Trick is not to be too fanatical I reckon

Old computers: Sinclair, Dragon, Commodore, Sega 386's 86'setc
Toys: Don't actually collect really just love the old stuff I have
Hifi: Got a cool Pioneer for me car and retro Technics, standardish 80's stuff trooping in on.

for sale, possibly sold

generally old stuff wins me over more than new, i mean you can always get new stuff

i am liking the sierra/rover v8 jobby
should be a laugh when its done

if you decide to sell it let me know i could do with a project to fill some spare time with ;)

Will do, it is a large majority of my assets and getting a full week to work on it next week, must be finished next year or its pointless, would have to break it to get money back, what? its broke now? , kadett and 280 are first out, 280 specially, it was an impulse purchase!

Everything about me is retro.
I've just sold my 1967 MGBGT. My dad has owned it since four years before I was born.
Halcyon days. All of my mates had shonky old Fiestas.
