Chainring bolt Q?

what do you use to hold the nut, when tightening the bolt, as sometimes the thing just spins around, is there a special tool?

Yep ,though you can hold it with your finger,usually find it catches then tightens up ok
Or use the back of a dinner knife held flat [horizontal] if its too tight to get the screwdriver in

exactly the same methods I use :oops: , screwdriver just sounded more technical :twisted:
 
ok thanks, used similar things, but its when the bolt juts out from the bolt, so you cant get a flat edge across the slot, now i know there is a tool
