Thought while I was at it I'd post my Middleburn downhill cranks, these things are the biggest cranks I've seen. Anyone know much about em or remember them, I can remember seeing em in a issue of dirt ages and ages ago when they first came out. If anyones got any reviews or adverts ect would be cool.

wowzer. I do recall them now I've seen that but never seen any in real life.
Used and abused my RS7's for 5+ years with no bother, those thing must be indestructible.

Hmm, so more metal doesn't always = stronger then, who'd have thought there was more to bicycle design than that ;)

rotec?, yeah these ones were brought off of ebay, and they had repairs too. Apparently a lot of em broke in the same place, don't know much more other than that though. Don't even know how much they used to cost. Yeah can see your point with the more metal = strength theory being wrong lol. I've got a set of cook bros F cranks and they are still going strong after loads of abuse.
