Tricky frame cleaning.

I'm about to strip down my Kileauea so I can put some Frame Saver in it. Problem is the seat stay bridge is full of crud inside (there's a 5mm hole in it for mudguard or some such fitment).
Has anyone got a good method of getting into tricky areas to clean?

pipe cleaner? or one of those brushes on wire that you can bend into shapes to get round corners?

airline. or nick some of those compressed air keyboard cleaners from work
