Done a quick search and couldn't find an answer.

Been quoted £30 to powder coat frame and forks....is that a good price?

it is a good price but i found that cheap = poor quality. i took my frame to a local powder coater for a quick cheap job, it is ok for what i paid but not showroom, more an industrial finish as opposed to quality.

As above.

My locals powder coater will do a frame and forks for circa £50. The cinder cone in my signature had the basic treatment and its okay.

Not as good as Argos or Bob Jacksons wet paint but abot £40 cheaper.

I've spoken to the powder coater guybe uses and they seem good quality and cheap. Forget the name though  Edit>> As per South Bound it was ABC me thinks

PM him.

Give Noel at ABC a call on 01275810454. Price I paid included blasting.

Because I am nowhere near Bris'l, I couried the bike both ways costing about another £15.
