Urgent advice sought - Sending forks inland UK query

Hello,

Need some urgent advice - I'm about to pop a pair of forks onto eBay, I'm an eBay virgin too *gulps* How much should I add for postage of forks by Special Delivery, they weight about 3.8il but factioring in the packaging would say about 4.5 to 5.5lb - what do you think I should add please?

Can't you try and sell somewhere else first..Ebay's fees are stupid.
Failing that...I would say about £11.99 Parcelforce 48 to send forks

I usually do a "completed items" search and take the average of what other people have charged. Hasn't let me down yet

Cost me £10.99 each time

Can only send by Parcel Force if you use Royal Mail if the box is over a certain length (both my Suntour & Rockshox fork boxes were over the length)

If postage costs about a tenner don't forget to add a small amount for packaging(bubble wrap,tape etc).As a buyer I don't mind paying a few extra quid for good packaging and as a seller I don't want to be out of pocket.
