Posting to the Netherlands,need cheaper service

Does anybody know of a cheap post/parcel service to the Netherlands
The cheapest i can find is nearly 40 euros insured,tracked and signed for,it is a 3 day service mind you.
I'm sending a Crankset,and the recipient doesn't mind waiting a little longer to keep costs down
Anyone??

royal mail as a small packet will be less than a tenner i would hope..

i've just found some international services costing half that
