Cable liner for 2mm cables

Does anyone have an idea where you can get any cable liner for the exposed cables along the top tubes. There’s some in ebay for modern cables up to 1.6mm but I don’t think it’ll work on 2mm cables.
Any suggestions are welcome.

You could use heat shrink tubing. Cheap and available in lots of colours. The 3.5mm stuff will shrink down nicely onto a 2mm cable.

it should do as mine's very loose and allows the cable to move freely - I have it cut to the exact size as the cable stops

however if it was a snugg fit on 2mm inner just cut it slightly shorter to allow the cable to move

I bought some 4.8mm heatshrink tube which fits just about right once its heated up as it shrinks to 2.4mm.
