It's not newbies or established peeps mate, just some people have manners, some don't.

Havn't got as far with negotiations as you have on a recent sale that has gone very quiet.....doesn't really bother me, but just a polite pm/email to say..."thanks, but I'm not interested now" goes a long way.

You should reconsider your own selling rules. Its your deal after all. Personally don't do the dibs thing, first with cash etc. In fact don't start me on the dibs thing :evil:
