Steel F+F Audax/fast tourer frame/set wanted, ~57-58

Dirt Disciple
Looking for a steel frameset for rim brakes, somewhere along the line between an Equilibrium 853 or a lugged level top tube audax/light touring frameset from a custom builder. Full bike possibly of interest - wouldn't discount it if the frameset was right.

Frame or frame+forks, either of interest.

57 - 57.5 square C-C equivalent, or close to.

Must have
- steel fork or a trad 1" or 1 /18" head tube to suit an aftermarket fork
- rim brakes, deep 57mm drop calipers or cantis, calipers preferred
- eyelets for guards
- 130mm rear end
- room for spacers on the steerer tube if a fork is included

There are a few options new eg Spa or Thorn but they're not quite what I'm after. Got a long Audax event this summer and the carbon fork on my old winter road bike is at retirement age.

Re:

Hi, I have something that might be of use.
Only picture I have is ‘as received’ and I’ve stripped down to F&F currently.
I can measure over the weekend. I think it fits your requirements.
Mat

Oh... fillet brazed and I think 853

Re:

KB, that's nice, do you have the head/seat angles to hand? The pic perspective makes it look odd but I expect that's all it is, photo angles.

No it is odd 73 seat and 73.5 head as I said it was custom built  it's only had 2 owners from new and I know both of them first owner sold it on after going titanium and the second owner (10 yrs) has gone carbon. Built in 1984 and original paint I'm selling it on be half of the 2nd owner.

Hi, it’ll take me a couple of days to grab this info... but will get back to you. :D

Re:

Thanks KB. Not unusual angles but a bit steep up front for my tastes. Shame, as the head tube is wonderful : )
