New wheelset (modern content)

There's a ton of great knowledge here so I wondered if anyone has a recommendation for a new wheelset for my 2016 Esatto. The budget is up to grand but they'd have to be golden and self-driven to warrant that price. They need to be light and super-durable since they'll be used twice a day, five days a week. Spec needs are:

• To run 700*28-30 tyres (basically the wider the better)
• 6-bolt disc
• Centre lock QRs (or whatever they are called, the “new” style)
• Front hub 100mm width
• Rear hub 135mm width
• 10/11 speed compatible

Special brownie points for the best recommendations.

Re:

I’d have some wheels built with King or Phil hubs laced to HED Belgium rims. Obviously the hubs last forever, handbuilt so you can swap the rim easily when you wear them out/knacker them on pot-holes and the Belgiums (plus version) are light, well made and wide. Saying that, I think I’d struggle to spend that much on a Commuter wheelset and would plump for Novatec hubs on Kinlin rims and spend the rest on something else personally!
