Straight forward and quick delivery. Recommended.

Have previously dealt with Vitor and found him to be a nice guy and had a very satisfactory transaction. This time was less so, as follows:

Agree to buy cranks in early October. Nothing received for 6 weeks, PMs not read, no other communication. Sent e-mail and had response to say that cranks had been returned 'Address Unknown' and that they would be in the post again immediately. 16 days later no cranks and no response to e-mail so filed a Paypal Dispute. Instant e-mail received, informed that the cranks had been posted two days previously. Cranks arrived and exactly as described.

Time to receive an issue but even more so is lack of communication - I had absolutely no idea what was happening. If you have time to advertise, answer queries and accept payment then you have time to post out. If you don't have time to post then be clear upfront and update regularly on status. No time to do that then don't accept payment. It really is that simple.
