Nice to see its found a warm and caring home/shed :D
It has. Given all that's original is the frame, i have lots of latitude........

Nice colour, I’m assuming a more reserved, or dare I say refined build with this one?

Chilli sauce? £20 and a drive to north Allerton

Wheels, tyres, cranks, possibly guards, gear lever, seatpost, cable clips, chain if it fits. A bargain. Shame bars are one piece or the stem would be in too.

Sounds as well as looks good ;)
From what I’ve been told of course :)

Been in the shed for a few hours. Lovely. Peace, tranquility, total absorption. Bits cleaned up ok.

Lenton came with 3 speed 26” wheels as per original but I think the Armstrong brakes and wheels are better proportioned. Will be a 5 speed with simplex shifter. Plus it means I have options for the incoming elder statesman.

I was going to use these lovely guards but now maybe I need to find something to put them on........

Enough for today.
