How old were you?

OH MY GOD !!!!
time to retire i think , 39 this year ....
" BAH , KIDS TODAY "
( said in harry enfield old gits fashion )
started when i was 25ish after 6 years of karate training superfit then
climbing hills i would only dream of going the opposite way now and then slowly .

Surprising as in my young days could drink a lot without feeling the effects of it the following day .

Nowadays, it takes a week to recover from a drinking session

Got my first bike in 1992 - a Trek 7000 which got switched to a Yeti Fro a couple of years later following a chance conversation and a price I could just about afford at the time. Bought the Pro FRO after a couple more years and always said I wouldn't buy a new bike while I could get better performance from training more. I'm 30 now.

Did I "become" retro because I'm tight fisted? Of course not - it's because they don't make 'em like they used to :D

Maybe I'm still hankering after the bikes I couldn't afford when I had the time to ride every day
